Baby Bath Supports for Twins
Concentrating on the challenge of bathing twins, baby Bath supports are definitely worth purchasing. They are a great idea even with one baby but for Twins they are a true practical solution to a challenging task. Through my own experience of having two sets of twins I have listed some of the products I think would be truly helpful when it comes to managing twins at bath time. Although no one as yet sells baby bath supports for twins, the below bath support do just fine.
Used with both my sets of twins, Ergonomic Bath Supports makes bathing twins a little less tricky especially if you only have one pair of hands available! If your bath will allow for two of these baby bath supports then buy them. It allows both babies to share bath time when there is only one pair of adult hands available to keep them safe. You can place your twins safely, securely and comfortably on to the baby bath support leaving your hands free to wash and play.
There are many different types available on the market.
I wasn’t aware of this product when my Twins were babies but had I have known about it I would have purchased one. Great idea! I can see these as being a good product for premature twins.
Looks very much like the Tigex Ergonomic Bath Support as above. I didn’t use this particular brand but I think it would do an equally good job as the Tigex.
I think this would be a great buy for those who are expecting Twins. It’s small and portable meaning you could bath your twins in different rooms not just the bathroom. One at a time would be easy to do. While one twin is in the Tummy Tub the other can be lying on changing mat next to you. Adopt the same method as with a regular plastic baby bath with the added advantage of the bath being smaller and more portable. You can even buy a Tummy Tub stool to stand the Tummy Tub on.
I used these with both my sets of twins. When they outgrow the Ergonomic Bath Supports and prefer to sit upright these are perfect. It allows you to bath your twins together leaving your hands free for washing and playing with their toys! These seats are particularly good if you have a lively baby or two who are difficult to hold or control in the bath especially as they get stronger. These seats will give your babies just that little bit of freedom and independence they so love whilst keeping them safe under your ever watchful eye.
They will outgrow them quickly the same as they outgrow everything but it will make your life easier until you reach the next twin challenge.
Another good product from Tigex and similar to the Safety 1st Swivel Bath Seat. Helpful when bathing your twins as they get older and are able to sit upright at bath time.
