Whatever route you decide to take whether it be disposable nappies or reusable cloth nappies you are going to be changing plenty of nappies! If you opt for reusable nappies (and it is an option for twins) you have a choice between flat nappies, shaped nappies, all in one nappies and even pocket nappies. It’s really a question of what suits you and your babies.
Aside of the nappy dilemma you will need some other basic bottom changing equipment including changing mats, somewhere to keep your nappies and other related items plus a stack of baby wipes.
Twins Tips recommendation: Don’t waste money on a changing station that is not practical for twins; one twin on changing station while the other is on the floor just doesn’t make sense and is not safe. Instead purchase a couple if not four good changing mats. Keep two downstairs and two upstairs save carrying them about; you have enough to manage with your babies let alone moving more equipment around the house.
