Breast or Bottle?
I think the decision between the breast or bottle would have to be made with the considerations of your own circumstances.
If your babies are premature there maybe other considerations such as the need for the specially formulated baby milk which is rich with nourishment and vitamins. There may be logistical difficulties with breast feeding if your babies have a longer stay in hospital.
Are you going to be a working mum? Do you have enough support when the babies are born? Do you have older children who have to be taken to school and other routines to maintain? Do you have help with maintaining these existing commitments? Are you going to be a working mum? Would you benefit more from your partner or other helper being able to feed one of your babies for you?
Apparently it takes approximately the same time to simultaneously bottle feed your babies as it does to breastfeed them. There is the additional preparation time with bottle feeding and the expense of the formula. Whilst breastfeeding may save you money you are the only one who can administer the task. Perhaps a compromise could be expressing milk at times allowing you a break.
