Potty Training for Twins
There are a few good products on the market to assist with potty training and getting your Twins out of nappies. You could start by purchasing a couple of
colourful books to share with your Twins. I think most Toddlers get it without the need for a book as they watch their parents and siblings using a toilet and get the idea. However, it’s always good to share a book with your child so here are a couple that look quite cute.
Potty Chairs are better than the smaller type for keeping in the house. They are bigger and more comfortable. The smaller type are cheaper but they are best for keeping in the car for on the go purposes.
Your child may prefer to go straight to the toilet skipping the potty altogether. If this is the case you will need a toilet trainer seat and a step up stool to reach the toilet. Here are some ideas currently on the market.
A great idea that combines a toilet trainer seat with a step up stool and hand rails. Allows your child to use the adult toilet in comfort whilst feeling safe and secure.

Similar to the Kiddyloo Toilet Seat as shown above. Another good idea for getting your twins to use the adult toilet.
It’s an excellent choice for twin mums with young babies as it stops any leakages from nappies/diapers. It’s even better for Toddler Twins during Potty Training and after. No need to panic if you can’t stop the car and get to the Potty quickly enough or if you are stuck in traffic on a long journey.
We used these with our Identical Twin Girls and thought they were excellent. No need to strip down the entire car seat for washing every time there was an accident. The Piddle Pad fits snugly inside the car seat or stroller and absorbs any little accident. Just remove and wash, dry in no time and ready to use again.
